Collateral: An unconditional contract, bond, irrevocable letter of credit, CD, or other assignable instrument with measurable value.

Lending Ratio: Up to 100% of the acceptable instrument value, less the cost of funds (interest).

Cost of Funds: Institutional rates of 7.5-9.5% depending on the size and complexity of the deal.

Investment Grade: Must be rated a minimum of BBB depending on the type of instrument.

Loan Amounts: $5MM minimum. There is no maximum.
